Philip is a solicitor and heads the firm's Probate and Trust Department. He has many years experience assisting clients to plan their personal and financial affairs and protect their assets. In addition to his normal work he regularly holds open seminars where he advises members of the public on issues such as making Wills, establishing Powers of Attorney, planning for Inheritance Tax and similar issues.

Philip is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and is also a member of the Alzheimer's Society.
