Jon is a Partner and in addition to his general commercial work, he now heads the firm's Employment Department, and advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law.  He is a member of the Employment Law Association.

In addition to pure legal work, Jon also has significant experience in designing and delivering training courses for both large and small businesses, principally on employment and environmental issues.

A former pupil of Braunton School, he worked as a University Law lecturer before joining the firm in June 2003.
