Alex is currently away from the office on maternity leave and hopes to return to Toller Beattie LLP in August 2010.

Alex gave birth to baby Archie on November 24th (see here for pictures ).

Alex is a solicitor, having qualified in 2004. She practised locally, before joining the firm's Probate and Trust department in 2008 to complement the existing team. Alex deals with wills and lifetime inheritance tax planning, together with financial planning for the elderly.

She also advises on Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters, as well as dealing with all matters relating to the administration of estates and trusts.

Alex also deals with residential conveyancing for the firm, along with other property matters including assents, transfers and first registrations for the Probate and Trust and Family departments.
